Most items we sell are in stock and ready for immediate pick up or delivery. In most cases, if not in stock in our local warehouse, we can special order items at no additional cost. 

For a nominal fee most items are available for this option. This includes: transportation, uncrating, position item in place, basic hookup of non built-in items,
